RECRUITMENT PROCESS

THIS IS AN OVERVIEW OF OUR STANDARD RECRUITMENT PROCESS, HELPING YOU KEEP TRACK OF THE PROCESS.

Step 1

The Enquiry

Apply for a role advertised or send a speculative CV to careers@aircharterservice.com

Step 2

The Enquiry

Upon receipt of your CV we will endeavour to contact you within two weeks to let you know whether you have successfully made it to the next stage.

Step 3

The Enquiry

If successful you will be invited to attend a video interview with a member of our recruitment team. This interview will last approx. 45 minutes and will be an opportunity for you to hear more about the role and the company, and for us to get to know you a little better

Step 4

The Enquiry

If you pass your video interview you will be asked to complete an online personality profile. This will help us understand if your natural style is one that aligns with our profile and the role.

Step 5

The Enquiry

If your profile indicates you’d fit, you will be invited to meet with the department manager and, if applying for a broker role, the senior broker assigned to be your mentor. This 60-90 minute interview is as much about you getting to know us, as it is about us getting to know you.

Step 6

The Enquiry

If applying for a broker role and we think you could be the right fit for ACS, you will be invited back to the office to meet the team you will be working with.

Step 7

The Enquiry

If you are successful will be in touch to offer you the role and answer any further questions you may have. If, unfortunately, you’re not quite the right fit, we will also contact you to let you know.
