MARKETING MANAGER -PRIVATE JETS AND WIDER LUXURY TRAVEL SERVICES
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team here in Surbiton. The role will be specifically responsible for managing the marketing for our new services and products in our portfolio. Working closely with the Marketing Director, CEO and Chairman to ultimately positively impact sales growth.
This is not only an incredibly rare, but an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience as a Marketing Manager or someone who has a proven track record in sales growth in a marketing role who is looking for their first senior position. Whatever your current role, you need to be passionate about aviation or travel.
Air Charter Service was established in 1990 in the basement of our chairman’s home and today employs over 400 people globally, across 22 offices on six continents. Not only do we offer aircraft charters in the private, group and cargo sectors, but also further services such as onboard couriers, holiday packages and concierge services. We’re not just the largest charter brokerage in the world, but also the largest charter family, holding those same values that started this business at the core of everything we do.
THE ROLE INCLUDES
The role is varied but includes the following:
- Agree marketing strategy with Marketing Director
- Design and implement marketing plan for each business unit
- Produce written copy as required
- Support with the implementation of internal marketing initiative
- Research and analyse market trends and other competitor information
- Track progress of all marketing activities and adapt activity as our internal data suggests
- Keeps a detailed record of all marketing activities and sales data to be able to verbally and in writing present back the ROI to the Board.
If you enjoy supporting with the design of a marketing strategy and thrive in rolling your sleeves up to ensure successful implementation of activities this could be the role for you. Although this is a standalone role for the business units, you will work within a large incredibly talented marketing team who will support and facilitate your success.
The role will be demanding and will require occasional travel, so you need to be flexible with the ability to influence at all levels across the organisation and it goes without saying have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
